Fire fire fire!

This is a brush fire raging just behind Phil's parents' home today. This picture was taken from Rock Canyon Park in Provo. The fire started by a resident plowing his fields when his tractor hit a rock and sparked, sending all of the dry grass up in flames. As of 9:00pm the fire had only burned 300 acres.

It was quite impressive to watch the helicopters and airplanes circling around for hours fighting the fire. Phil and his dad were spraying down all the brush around their house and were prepared to remove valuables from their home if the fire crept up over the neighboring hill (which it threatened to do for quite a while).
