Hanging Out with Dad

We took the boys back down to Oak City this last weekend so Phil could help install a sprinkler system at his parents' home there. Even with the busy job of digging trenches and gluing pipes, he still found time to hang out with his little boys.

He and Henry got some quality time in together over breakfast. Henry's favorite thing to do is sit up and look around, only we usually hold him and help him sit up. Phil propped him up on the couch and Henry was pretty content for a while there!

See? Really content.

Then Phil started acting silly and doing whatever it took to get Henry to laugh. Ever since he learned how to smile last week, he will smile at pretty much anything, especially his dad.

We finally came home on Sunday where Phil and Jack were able to get in some good snoozin'. They're going to be Daddy's boys for sure when they get older!
