After gorging ourselves with all the wonderful food we made, it was time to party! The kids, as usual, flocked to Alyssa while she read them books by the fireplace. All the kiddos love their Auntie Lyssa.
We had a singing and dancing party that was started by the kids and taken over by the adults...
Jim and Bethany showed off some of their swing dancing moves and made us all jealous...
Aunt Bethy and the girls cut a rug dancing to "Thriller".
Then Uncle Jim put all the girls up on the archway of Jacey's living room. We don't know why, usually he just throws the nieces and nephews up there, but we were feeling adventurous.
After dinner, Henry just couldn't handle the excitement any longer. He fell asleep right on the couch amidst the noise and chaos. Hey, when you're tired, you're TIRED.
I loved this Thanksgiving. It was so fun to cook all week long, eat all day long, and dance off all of the calories until the wee hours of the night. Can't wait to do it again next year!
